#164. Great rental for Fun in the Sun!!
This was our first family trip since COVID, and the first time we ever rented a condo. What a perfect place! It is clear that the owners took great time into making their tenants feel “at home.” An awesome kitchen space with everything you could need or want with plenty of storage for the week, a coffee/wine bar set up, beyond comfortable bedrooms with TVs and Free WiFi, and a patio walk out to the pool. Less than a block to the beach made it even more appealing, as well as the ice cream shop, pizza place and liquor stores all within walking distance. It was a great way to get back into vacation mode, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely a must do again in the future!!
#156. Awesome Long Weekend!
We were looking for a long weekend rental for a wedding that we were attending and came across this fantastic rental on a Facebook group. It was truly a phenomenal find and stay. I agree with everything that the prior reviewer stated. The house was perfect! More importantly, both Ryan and Pat were amazing. They were very responsive with answering our questions and were extremely kind to us. This house is in an awesome spot for families. You have everything that you could need in walking distance (dollar general, pizza, ice cream, mini golf, a shop for beach items and even an awesome candy store), We meant some of the neighbors and even the property maintenance person. Everyone was so friendly. In the lovely "welcome book" provided, they state that they hope that their home becomes our home away from home, and they really meant it. We can't wait to rent this property again. Thanks again to Ryan and Pat. :)
#152. Long Weekend Getaway
We love LBI and have been renting every summer for years. We were looking for a long weekend getaway so when I found Pat’s beautiful home through this Facebook group I was so excited! Pictures don’t do it justice, absolutely beautiful! Very spacious, beautifully decorated and everything is new! Gorgeous kitchen they literally had everything you could think of including a kurig duo (pot & kcup) and even a wine fridge :). The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. This is a townhouse style so no yard but a great balcony off back & off Master bedroom & 2 parking spots. We hope to rent again in the future! - Jen D
