2 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 6 - updated, beachy condo!
Unit is on the Boulevard in Seaside Park - best of both worlds - close, walkable distance to the attractions, but in a quiet area. We are third story, corner unit - views of the ocean from the back and the bay from the front! Weekly price is for Saturday - Saturday during peak season and includes 4 adult beach badges, valuing $140 for the week (you don't need them for under 12), one off street parking spot and cleaning fee.
Discounted rates for May and June and then after Labor Day.
Check in is 3:00 pm, Check out is 10 am. Has WiFi and streaming.

Sorry, No Pets and no renters under 25.
Once agreed on, I send basic contract and file with entry/departure instructions.
$300 refundable security deposit required to book. Weekly fee due 30 days prior to arrival. Renters provide own linens.

We had a wonderful week long stay at Heather's condo! The space is as pictured and there was plenty of space for our family of four to comfortably eat, sleep, play etc. Heather provided everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and the best part of all is the location! You're only a block from the boardwalk and beach and so close to everything Seaside Heights/Park has to offer! We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect! We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decor and cleanliness of our rooms. Everything is updated and super cozy. Tge people staying in the condos were wonderful and super nice. Love having the parking spot too. No complaints here just good things to say!

This place is perfectly located just a few blocks from the beach/boardwalk! Clean with everything you could need to stay a week! Great host with excellent communication as well. Just awesome!

This condo is in the perfect location. Even though it was only 2 short blocks from the boardwalk, it was very quiet at night.
