Rental Agreement must be signed prior to booking and a photo ID must be presented. • No loud music
• Tenant assigned 1 parking spot. Condo Association does not allow bike racks to be stored on vehicles parked in the assigned parking space.
• You must be 26 years old to sign our lease; parents or guardians are not allowed to rent on behalf of teens or those under 26 years of age. Lease signer must be staying in the rental during the rental period.
• No parties, senior week, proms, or bachelor/bachelorette parties
• Four beach tags are provided. Beach tags cost the tenant $35.00 each to replace if lost or stolen.
• No refunds for early checkout
• Primary Tenant is required to provide a government issued identification at the time of signing the lease agreement.
• Four pool passes are provided for anyone over 16 years of age and required for use of the pool. (Those under 16 do not need a pool pass.) If the Tenant loses a pool pass, Tenant will be charged $325 fine for each lost pool pass. The pool is not open prior to June 22, 2020.
• No alcohol in the pool area. Alcohol in the pool area will result in a $525.00 fine the Tenant will be required to pay.
• If Tenants bring adults (over 16 years of age) into the pool area without pool passes, Tenant will be charged a $325 fine from the Islander Condo Association.

Renters must be 26 or over. No parties. No pets. No smoking of any kind. Please contact us for cancelation policy. All renters must sign a rental agreement and submit a photo ID to book.
