This is the perfect vacation rental home for your Florida journey. Enjoy the comfortable vacation living in our beautiful heated salt water pool home located in the exclusive yacht club neighborhood of Cape Coral. The only neighborhood with a beach. We are located on a canal, just MINUTES away with direct access to the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
This home features a large open family room with a 60 inch smart TV/DVD, a bright and attractively furnished lanai, 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The large master suite features a cozy King bed with a 32 inch smart TV and en-suite bathroom, tiled shower, and a huge walk-in closet. Also, there are three additional rooms, one featuring a Queen bed, one outfitted with 2 Twin beds, and one with a Daybed (2 twins) that sleeps 2 very comfortably and a gaming TV for the kids. No need to bring linens or go to the laundromat...we have everything you need, just like home.

The resort like heated salt water pool with a waterfall and tanning bed is perfect for sunning in the South East exposure. Comfortable patio set, loungers and a large gas BBQ grill for everyone's enjoyment. Ease your way into the heated salt pool/spa with the ceramic dolphins/turtles swimming to set the mood! The pool overlooks the canal where you can salt water fish off your own dock! Swim in your own resort like heated salt water pool/spa or enjoy the beach just around the corner. The Yacht Club is located 1.5 miles away and offers; BBQ Grills - Fishing Pier - Outdoor Racquet Ball Courts - Picnic shelters - Indoor Party Hall - Playground - Public Beach - Waterfront Restaurant (watch the sunset over the gulf from outdoor terrace or right on the beach) - Shuffleboard Courts - Pavilion - Boat Ramp - Marina - Kayaks - Tennis Courts (+Pro Shop). Sanibel and Captiva with their famous shelling beaches are 30 minutes away by car. This home is a 2 minute drive to the beach, shops and restaurants for every taste. You will be able to fill your days with great activities like sea kayaking, air boat rides, spring training, minor league baseball games, or even golf in you choose. If you so wish, there is plenty to do on your stay-cation!
