Looking for your next vacation special spot to vacation- Look no further than Beach Therapy 30A's Carriage House ! Nestled in the neighborhood of Grayton Beach, our carriage home sleeps 2 adults in a king size bed comfortably. There is a sofa bed available that would sleep a child or 2 if needed or even a 3rd adult. Our home includes all the amenities you need for your next Florida beach vacation, including a full kitchen, ample porch space, washer/dryer, TV, WiFi, outdoor shower, gas barbecue ( cleaned between every guest), Blaze Egg Grill XL model- I have charcoal- if you are looking to smoke food you can run to the local store and pick up your chips. We also include beach cruisers with baskets as well as cup holders and cell phone holders on each beach cruiser. No need to pack beach gear- We have it for you- beach games and toys as well as chairs umbrellas and beach towels. All you need to do is show up. Just bring yourselves!!! As a few added amenities we provide the following items: PRIVATE DEEDED GATED BEACH!!!!! It is one of the best locations on 30A Beautiful carriage house on 30A. We would like you to come and know that our home is "safe". Especially during these times of COVID- We always had high cleaning standards - to insure this, all linens and rugs are washed in between each guest. This means EVERYTHING- All quilts and comforters are removed and replaced with another set.Come and relax for a few days or a week. Our carriage house is fully stocked for your getaway. If you want to cook in-the kitchen, it is fully stocked with all the items you may need. Our carriage house has all the amenities of home- fenced yard, bikes, all beach gear including beach towels. When coming to our home there is no reason to pack all the extra items, just bring yourselves. We supply the following items during your stay- *Beach Bikes *Childs bike trailer available upon request (no charge) *Childs size bikes available on request (no charge) *Beach towels *Backpack chairs *Beach umbrellas *Beach toys- Skim boards and boogie boards- Night time crabbing items *Coolers available (no charge) *Commercial ice machine *Infant and toddler items- Pack and play High chair Baby gate *Black Rifle coffee *Tea *Sugar/Splenda *Salt/Pepper *Local honey *Shrimp boil pot *Gas grill *Hairdryer *Washer/Dryer (detergent supplied) *Paper goods supplied- Napkins-Toilet paper-Paper towels ****GOLF CART INCLUDED****( Drivers license and insurance needs to be submitted to homeowner) Please contact us regarding our cleaning standards- Everything in the carriage house is switched out in between guests. I know this because I am in charge of doing this. All items are washed between guests. Our standard is extremely high and you will not be disappointed. We want you to feel comfortable while vacationing and to know that all items placed in carriage house are for your use only.
