We would like to extend an invitation for you to stay at our roomy two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, called "506 Siesta". It is located across from the stunning, clear waters and sparkling sand of Crescent Beach on Siesta Key. The condo has been recently updated and includes all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay in an incredible vacation spot at The Anchorage Yacht and Tennis Club.

Upon entering, you will be welcomed into a spacious area featuring a modern, open-concept kitchen, stylish furnishings, new flooring, and luxurious bedding. Siesta Chillin is a large unit, spanning over 1,280 square feet. The entire width of the condo is covered by a roomy balcony that can be accessed from the living room and both bedrooms. The southern exposure makes the condo bright and sunny with beautiful views through the sliding glass doors in every room. The condo complex backs up to the Intra-Coastal Waterway, providing a peaceful park-like setting. Amenities include a heated very large pool, lighted tennis facility and shuffleboard courts, BBQ grills, exercise room, saunas, and free boat docking.

All necessary facilities are within walking distance from The Anchorage. The market, charter boats, fishing equipment, jet ski rentals, kayak/paddleboard rentals, para-sailing, and bike rentals are conveniently located across the street. Convenience stores and several excellent dining options are just a short stroll away in the charming Siesta South Village. There is even some of Sarasota's best Karaoke! You can also take a complimentary ride (tips appreciated) to Siesta Key Village, where a diverse range of shopping and dining experiences awaits you. Alternatively, you can hop in your car and explore the local attractions of Sarasota and St. Armand's Circle.

January through March, we will only accept a Saturday to Saturday stay, 7 nights required. From April through December, a minimum stay of 5 days is required although the guest understands that there is a 7 day lease term in place.
