Plenty of room for family and to visit you for holidays or weekend. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook with an outstanding view. Easy access to the beach for a morning stroll. Use the screened in balcony to take in a beautiful Atlantic sunrise or enjoy evening cocktails. Store your golf bag in the private, screened entry porch.

Our home is in a boutique building so the beach will be much less crowded than at a large resort.

Master bedroom has en suite bathroom with tub. It also features direct access to the ocean front, screened in balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and ocean views. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds. Living room couch pulls out into a queen bed. Each bedroom and the main living room have smart TVs for you to log into your streaming accounts (e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+). Bed linens and bath towels provided.

Unit is on the first floor and has two assigned, off-street reserved parking spaces. No motorcycles, RVs, boats, or trailers are allowed per HOA policy. Private washer and dryer in unit.

At the Piña Royale, you'll be 5 minutes from Barefoot Landing, 20 minutes to Broadway at the Beach. 5 minutes to Duplin Winery and walkable to numerous attractions and restaurants.

Condo is professionally cleaned with high quality cleansers between each guest stay to help put your mind at ease. All linens - including bedspreads, sheets, and towels - are removed from the unit and sanitized after each guest. Toilet paper and paper towels are individually wrapped from the manufacturer.
