Very clean, well maintained family resort. Now with free wi-fi internet connection. An excellent place to vacation with your family. Condo is tastefully decorated and very clean. We take pride in our condo and are consistently updating it. We have recently replaced the flooring to beautiful new life-proof wooden flooring! Our condo is definitely a home away from home with all of the comforts needed to have a wonderful vacation! Master bedroom has queen size bed and twin bed with a private full bath. We recently added a flat screen TV. Second bedroom has two queen size beds with a bath in the hall. Each bedroom has a tv so you can relax and enjoy. We have a very comfortable and spacious living room and dining room with new flat screen tv that has HDMI. The kitchen is fully equipped including a new refrigerator/freezer, new microwave and new electric range/oven. Everything you would need to make a wonderful meal. We have recently updated the kitchen with a glass tile back splash. This unit also has a screened in porch with comfortable furniture to relax on and enjoy. We installed a new patio door that adds character to our condo with easy access to the patio. It is a very quiet retreat with a door leading from the master bedroom and the living room. We recently had a brand new A/C unit installed to keep everyone cool! We have also replaced our washer and dryer! With a fresh coat of paint our place looks better than new. You definitely will not be disappointed in our wonderful condo!
Just a 5 minute walk to the ocean and the famous Apache Fishing Pier. Beautiful public beach access with a public bathhouse and outside shower. Located near the highly desirable Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, Tangier Outlets and a short drive to Broadway at the Beach. Close to many golf courses including Arcadian Golf Course.
