Very comfortable King bed in Master. Beach chairs, beach towels 2 Bikes included. Shaded bike paths The WOW effect when you open the door! You will enjoy a downstairs living area, master bedroom suite, outside porches and upstairs loft area. Relax….You will feel like you are at home, not in an overused rental villa. From the moment you step inside you will probably say "ooh"...that is what my guest have always told me...pleasantly surprised. Enjoy breakfast or afternoon cocktails on the patio while enjoying vistas of the golf course and lagoon. An early morning bike ride around Palmetto Dunes bike paths is a great way to start the day. Enjoy canoeing or fishing in the winding canals that are located throughout Palmetto Dunes. The Dune Buggy will pick you up(for free) at St. Andrews Commons and take you down to the beach, golf course, tennis courts, boat and bike rental at PD Outfitters, The Mall or Shelter Cove…and bring you back. (April - Sept) Palmetto Dunes has some of the most beautiful beaches on the island...3 miles of beach is just a 5 minute bike ride away. In the afternoon you will be ready to cool off with a swim in the large pool that is just steps from the villa. It is easy to shower or change in the pool house. Enjoy a libation at the tiki bar down at the Palmetto Dunes Beach House and watch the sunset and make new friends. Great place for lunch or even a casual dinner. Love the fish tacos. This is a great central location for everything on the island. The villa has recently been updated with upgraded kitchen, baths, fans, lighting, new paint and carpet. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find all of the things you would want in your own home…blenders for icy Pina Coladas and spices and stock items. Lunch and breakfast are easy to serve at the pass thru breakfast bar. A relaxing, large master bedroom is downstairs with a very comfortable king bed, sitting area and doors that open onto the patio. A dressing area leads into the beautiful tiled walk in shower. The second bedroom is a large loft upstairs with a queen bed, full bath, large closet and sitting area with a desk. Soft, fluffy towels are standard. Light soars thru the cathedral ceilings in the sunken living room. French doors open onto the patio. Televisions with cable and dvd are in Master bedroom and living room. Super fast Wireless internet lets you sit outside and work or just stay in communication to say how much fun you are having. The large dining area can seat 4 guest. Plus you have the 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. Washer and dryer are new, full size with laundry detergent stocked for your use. The Coastal style furniture is very comfortable. Enjoy professional decorator designs throughout including original art work by local artist. The view is one of the best in St. Andrews; private with scenic views of golf course/lagoon. The wrap around porch has a table and chairs so you can eat outside. There are several other swivel/rocking chairs ready for relaxing. Parking is easy and convenient just steps from the condo. Lovely landscaped courtyard leads to this upstairs villa. The owners have been island residents for over 25 years, so they can make great suggestions for things to do on The Island, Savannah or even Charleston. We want everything to be comfortable and convenient for your stay. We have 2 bikes for you to use. This villa is great year round for couples, small families and golfers. I don't usually rent to families with children under 8 years old due to the new carpet, furniture and spiral staircase. Hilton Head is known for its pristine beaches, abundance of tennis courts, great golf courses, shopping and top rated restaurants. You really don’t need a car to get around during your stay. You can even just stay in Palmetto Dunes Plantation and have so much to do.. Walk or bike next door to Shelter Cove’s marina and restaurants …watch fireworks and listen to music during the summer. There is a free shuttle service inside Palmetto Dunes from April-September. The shuttle service will take you to the beach in Palmetto Dunes and across the street to Shelter Cove where there are a lot of restaurants and a marina and shopping all year. Usually there is live entertainment to enjoy in Shelter Cove. There is a required $25.00 parking pass fee that Palmetto Dunes Resort requires. You will pay and pick it up at the drive thru pass office which is located just inside the entrance to the Resort (on your right). This does not apply to stays of 2 nights or less.

This place does have some stairs but other than that everything else was perfect

Just (Website hidden by Airbnb) the listing not clear that it is a 2nd floor condo? There are pictures of the balcony from outside showing it being upstairs and I believe I have it in the description. So, wondering if you were surprised that there were stairs? Do you mean outside or inside? There are pictures of the curved stairs in the pictures. Just curious why you seem surprised that there were stairs.

A+ location! Condo was in great condition and close to everything. Take advantage of the bikes and ride to the Social Bakery at the marina.

This was a great place to come to for some relaxation and fun. It was close to great places to eat and the beach! The beach area was not overcrowded and also had access to food and live music. Laura’s place was comfortable and she was available if we needed her.

Laura’s condo is a great place to stay! The location is perfect and my husband and I loved riding our bikes around the island. Laura made great suggestions on places to eat and go!
